A’s place Andujar, Hoglund on IL, recall Bleday

The Athletics placed third baseman/outfielder Miguel Andujar and right-hander Gunnar Hoglund on the injured list Monday and recalled outfielder JJ Bleday and right-hander Elvis Alvarado from Triple-A Las Vegas.
