Pirates remove Cruz after he loses track of outs

Pittsburgh Pirates veteran outfielder Oneil Cruz, 26, said he lost track of the outs in the seventh inning, when he didn't run out a double-play grounder, a move that led to his removal in his club's 9-3 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday night.
